EventFlow is the reseller and concierge — not the manufacturer. We source iPads from Apple, label printers from Brother, Zebra, or Rollo, and ship them directly to you. All hardware ships under the original manufacturer's standard warranty.
Hardware defects, breakage, repairs, and warranty claims are between you and the manufacturer. EventFlow is not liable for product defects, hardware failure, damage in transit beyond the carrier's standard coverage, or fulfilling warranty service. If something is wrong with the device itself, contact Apple, Brother, Zebra, or Rollo directly.
What we DO provide: Free configuration assistance for everything EventFlow-related — PrintNode setup, label sizing, kiosk mode, badge templates, calibration, and troubleshooting our software on the hardware. If your printer or iPad is working but EventFlow isn't behaving the way you expect, we'll help you fix it.
Returns: 14-day return window for unopened items. Contact us before shipping anything back. Shipping costs on returns are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective.
Shipping: Orders ship within 3–5 business days of cleared payment, U.S. domestic only at this time. International buyers — please contact us first.
