Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Event Flow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Event Flow is a B2B event operations application designed for authorized event organizers and staff to manage attendee check-in, badge printing, and on-site event workflows. The Service is intended for business use only.

User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Impersonate any person or entity

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service, including event data, attendee information, and badge configurations. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to upload and use all content
• Complying with data protection laws regarding attendee information
• Obtaining necessary consents from attendees
• Maintaining backups of critical data

Subscriptions, Automatic Renewal, and Refunds

Paid recurring plans, including Unlimited Monthly and Operator License, are billed in advance and automatically renew at the end of each monthly or annual billing period unless you cancel before renewal. You may turn off automatic renewal from Account Settings; your access remains available through the end of the then-current paid period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all fees paid to Event Flow for subscriptions, renewals, licenses, add-ons, and other Event Flow products or services are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for accidental or mistaken purchases or payments, misuse or nonuse of the Service, failure to understand its features or terms, or dissatisfaction with the Service. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not refund fees already paid. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including those relating to unauthorized charges. Purchases from third-party event organizers or sellers are subject to that seller's applicable terms and refund policy.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Event Flow and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Event Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Event Flow and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
