How It Works
Four simple steps from setup to check-in complete.
Step 1: Create Event
30 secondsAdd your event name, date, time, and location. That's it. No complex forms or confusing settings.
What You'll Do:
- Enter event name (e.g., "Annual Chamber Gala 2026")
- Select date and time
- Choose or create a location
- Click "Create Event" - Done!
Step 2: Import Attendees
1-2 minutesUpload a CSV file from your CRM, ticketing platform, or spreadsheet. Or add attendees manually one by one.
Two Options:
CSV Upload (Recommended)
- Drag and drop your CSV file
- Map columns (Name, Email, Company, etc.)
- Auto-validation catches duplicates and errors
Manual Entry
- Add attendees one by one through the form
- Perfect for small events or walk-ins
Step 3: Check-In Live
